1. Agreement Term
This Agreement begins upon acceptance of your affiliate application and ends when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, for any reason, by giving the other party written notice. Commission is only payable for sales made during the term of agreement.
2. Links
We grant you the right to link to our website using the provided links during the Agreement Term. Links must be removed upon termination of agreement.
3. Commission
We will pay commission on sales that are tracked by the affiliate software OsCommerce and fall within the cookie duration period. We reserve the right to reject commission on sales that are not paid for. For a sale to generate commission, the customer must follow the provided link from your site to our site and subsequently purchase on our site. Requests for orders are tracked online and purchased offline. All customers buying via telephone are asked how they found our site. Commission will be awarded to you if they identify your website as the only source.
If you buy for your own use you will still qualify for commission on sale.
Commission payments will be made on presentation of invoice. Payment will including VAT where applicable. We may withhold payment until the purchase is paid for by the customer.
4. Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms without notification. In practise, we will endeavour to ensure all affiliates receive notification of changes to terms and conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for damages or loss of revenue arising as a result of joining/running this program.

There are no warranties, implied or otherwise with respect to this program. |
