Andrews Toolworks licences patent for new nano-ceramic compound

The US Olympic biathlon team tested Xado and reported a 35% increase in accuracy in a ten round, fifty meter pattern.
A leading US manufacturer of small engines and air compressors reported a 15% reduction in motor amperage after treating a compressor with a Xado compound.
A European railroad reported an 18% increase in diesel efficiency after a Xado treatment.
Over-the-road testing on Ford gas engines showed an 11% to 19%improvement in engine efficiency after Xado treatment
On steel friction causing pairs, surface hardness was increased to 700HV hardness with reduction in the co-efficient of friction to 0.005.
Xado compounds will extend bearing life when applied as a grease from temperatures of (-) 60 C to (+) 1100 C.
As part of a major overhaul, the one time addition of Xado compounds added to jet fuel will increase the service life of pumps and injectors.
Added to a crankcase, Xado compounds will harden and polish all surfaces exposed to engine lubricants.
The company has teamed with New Jersey Institute of Technology to characterize the compounds and identify those markets that will most benefit from these new materials.
Clearly, military applications offer great potential for friction and heat reduction as well as increased service life of gun barrels, engines and drive train components.
