General treatment Instructions
- The compound is effective in both 2 and 4-cycle internal combustion engines of any model.
- Treatment is considered complete after no less than 932 miles (1,500 km) run or in about 20 hrs of engine operation.
- The replacement of oil before treatment of 4-stroke engines is not necessary;
- Double the amount of revitalizant gel if the engine capacity is more than 1,000cc.
- XADO revitalizant is compatible with any kind of additives, metal conditioners, remetalizants, etc., irrespective of the sequence of their usage.
- Protective cermet (ceramic/metallic) coating is formed on metal surface, including any alloys
If the wear of parts is close to 100%, the destroyed parts should be replaced.
Procedure for engine treating
With pre-mixed fuel and oil system.
Phase 1.
1. Squeeze out the contents of one packet into the full fuel tank (it is recommended first to
dissolve the contents of the packet in the oil at temperature 104-122oF (40-50oÑ) or in the gas at
temperature above 68oF (20oÑ).
2. Run as normal.
Phase 2.
When you refill the tank with new fuel, add another packet as described in Phase 1.
Phase 3.
When you refill the tank with new fuel, add another packet as described in Phase 1.
With separate fuel and oil system.
Phase 1.
1.Warm up the engine to running temperature.
2.Squeeze out the contents of one packet into the oil filler neck of the engine.
3.Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 minutes.
4.Run as normal.
Phase 2.
Do as described in Phase 1, after a run of 90 to 150 miles (150-250 km) or after 4 hrs of engine idling (equivalent of 120- 150 miles (200-250 km) run).
Phase 3.
Do as described in Phase 2
Wear resistance of protective coating is guaranteed during one year at any mileage and proper operation.
