Arms and machinery is one of the lines of XADO-technology application. Using of XADO-technology allows: to restore barrels of small arms; to improve grouping of shots and muzzle velocity; to raise corrosion resistance of moving parts and barrels.
Problem. As any other mechanism, fire arms have their service life. It is well known that defects in the bore may cause barrel burst and end in severe injury of the shooter. Gunsmiths have always faced the problem of improvement of barrel steel quality. It is still vital today, because gun-making is that very sphere where age-old traditions and up-to-date technologies are entwined.
Solution. XADO-technology is able to restore any mechanisms: simple and complex, small and huge, from clockwork to turbine of atomic power plant - if only motion and friction existed. If one had to give a clear, effective and quick demonstration of XADO-technology essence, he wouldn't find anything better than barrel-charge mating. Here is a perfect combination of all necessary conditions for growing of cermet coating: super-high temperatures, sufficient friction energy, interaction of materials of different strength.

You may apply the gel to rifled weapons of ANY caliber. The treatment results in an ideal geometry of "pipe-counterface" conjunction and allows to obtain maximum wounding power for such type of weapons.
For restoration of barrels of firearms:
- Reconditioning and protection against wear of barrel bore surface;
- Restoration of the geometry of the barrel bore (complete obturation);

Application of a varnish
- In regular intervals, a thin layer to put a base varnish - revitalisant (a bottle 1) on a surface of a bullet.
- In 10 minutes to open a bullet protective it is delicious (a bottle 2).
- To give a layer of a varnish finally dry out within 1 hour.
- Cartridge to use as usual, without restrictions.
- Provisional norm of the charge: one packing of a varnish on 200 cartridges of calibre 7,62õ39.
Packing contains:
- - base varnish - revitalisant for the first layer (10 ml).
- - protective varnish for a finishing covering (10 ml).
