DYLON Satin Shoe Dye will change or restore the colour of your satin shoes, retaining the sheen. This dye is of excellent quality and also dyes satin ballet pointe shoes beautifully.
DYLON Satin Shoe Dye is a dye, so the original colour of the shoe will affect the final result. Dark shoes cannot be dyed to a lighter colour.
One pack (50ml bottle) will dye 2 pairs of average size shoes with one coat of dye or will dye 1 pair of shoes with two coats of dye. All of these colours are intermixable.
These dyes are for viscose satin shoes only and are not to be used on silk shoes. They may not be colour fast if wet excessively.
Dylon Satin Shoe Colour Instructions
Important:
Suitable for satin shoes only.
Do not use on silk shoes.
Instructions:
1. Clean shoes prior to dyeing to ensure they are free from stains. Dye will not cover up dirt.
2. Wearing rubber gloves, shake bottle and pour dye into an old saucer or small container (please note that it may stain).

4. Dye the heel. Do not saturate the shoe with dye.
5. Immediately after the first coat, lightly re-apply the dye to the whole shoe using circular brush strokes.
6. Whilst wet, the result may still appear patchy, but this will even out once dry.
7. Leave shoes to dry away from direct heat and sunlight.
