The existing methods of design and manufacture do not allow to accommodate all working conditions of this or that assembly, and manufacturing tolerances create still more errors. Thus, imperfect parts start being destroyed from the very first moment of service. XADO-greases help to exceptionally and originally solve this problem. XADO grease is a completely new unique and universal product, designed for application in all assemblies and mechanisms, which are operated with the use of greases.
By acting upon a particular rubbing pair in a particular mechanism owing to the reconditioning properties, inherent in all XADO products, it optimize clearances and bring these to ideally possible values for a given system, at the same time enhancing microhardness of the rubbing surfaces. Thus for a plain bearing this indicator equals 65 kg/mm2, while after application of XADO-grease we can obtain on the rubbing pairs 400-450 kg/mm2 !
The patented formula of this up-to-date grease is based on a composition of XADO revitalizant and EP (Exstreme Pressure) complex. The grease is especially effective for repair of quite worn bearings (up to 10,000 rpm). Compensates wear up to 80%. Fill 1/2 of assembly volume with grease. It is recommended to eliminate the previous grease. If assemblies require periodical grease changing you should use "Protective" grease later on.
Applications: water pump bearings, hub bearing assemblies, ball supports, steering heads, cross-pieces. In industry - any assemblies and mechanisms where greases are applied
